It is very simple to buy at ZIDDY, just follow the steps:

Select the category (Girl, Boy, Baby Girl, Baby Boy, Newborn or Childcare). When you enter the category you can choose the type of product you want for example: Footwear, Dresses, Jeans...

View the articles you prefer. When you click on the article, the detail page will appear where you will find the article in detail, with indication of price, reference, composition, care to take and delivery time.

Choose a size/article and click "ADD TO CART". Then you can choose to continue viewing articles following the previous sequence or start the ordering process.

To start the ordering process you must click on "SEE MY PURCHASES". If you have any promotional code that you want to discount in the amount of your purchase, enter the respective code and click "APPLY".

To process your order you must click on "Purchase".

To continue you must "ENTER" your account by entering the credentials (email and password) or else you can "CREATE ACCOUNT".

Add the desired delivery location details  and click "CONTINUE".

You must then fill in the data for the issuance of the invoice as well as the intended means of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay,Tamara) if any, a receipt associated with your account).

Confirm the purchase. As soon as it is successfully made, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been placed successfully. In a few moments you will also receive an email confirming your order.

To place an order in ZIDDY you will have to have access to a single user personal area where you will be able to access and view your orders as well as request returns or view available orders.

On the home page you must click on the CREATE ACCOUNT and choose the CREATE ACCOUNT option.

Enter the desired access data (name, email, date of birth and choose a password).

Next you will see a page with information regarding personal data, Please read and at the end, select the desired authorizations by clicking CREATE ACCOUNT. To buy online, account creation authorization will always be mandatory.

Your account has been successfully created. You will receive in your email a link that you must click to confirm your registration. From here you can access your personal area by entering the email and password credentials.
