How can i track my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can follow your shipment with the provided tracking Number.
Also you will be able to track you from my account page, click on your orders tab you will find a track my order button.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
This depends on the order amount. We offer free shipping for orders above SAR 199. For orders less than 199 SAR, a 25 SAR shipping charge will be applied.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

How can i return my order?
From my account in the order summary section please click on initiate return or from the footer menu click on return center, you will be redirected to https://www.ziddy.sa/a/return page, enter your order number that you received in the order confirmation e-mail and enter your e-mail address then click find my order.
Select the items you want to return from your order, click on next, Select the reason of return,
For Online payment you will receive the refunded amount on the payment method used.
When will the courier collect my return?
Our courier will reach out to you to collect the return order within 3 business days.
Can I return Ziddy.sa purchases to a Ziddy store?
Returnable Products purchased online are eligible for return in-store upon presenting the order invoice at the counter.
For payments made through Tamara, the refund will be provided in cash.

How long does it take for refunds to come through?
Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 15 additional business days before the funds are back on your account.
Where can i find my receipt?
Once you complete your purchase an e-mail will be sent to you directly with the order details.
How long would it take for a response?
We are doing our best to serve all of our customers, please note that our response time could take up to 48 hours.
How long would it take to resolve a complaint?
