Exchanges and Return
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase. ZIDDY reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14 day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase.
2. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
3. All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. Excluding unreturnable products (underwear, Accessories and Swimwear).
4. If you return non-returnable items or wrong items the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 shipping fees and the item will be sent back to your address.
5. A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.
6. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
HOW TO MAIL RETURN FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
Returns are only processed through return center here.
Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or la Vie en Rose is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail. Please contact our customer service using live chat or email support@ziddy.sa.
HOW TO MAKE AN IN-STORE RETURN FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?
Returnable Products purchased online are eligible for return in-store upon presenting the order invoice at the counter.
For payments made through Tamara, the refund will be provided in cash.
