MOM, DAD, I ALREADY HAVE TEETH!

TIPS AND ESSENTIALS FOR BABY TEETHING

At around six months, the first teeth begin to appear.Your baby's smile transforms and becomes even more loving.

WHEN BABY TEETH START TO COME IN...

The first set of teeth — the so-called milk teeth — consists of 20 teeth and is usually complete around the age of two and a half.

However, not everything is good. The descent of the first teeth is usually associated with inflamed gums, pain, sometimes fever and sleepless nights.

It's not an easy phase: the baby becomes more agitated and irritable, wanting to chew everything he can to relieve the discomfort caused by the birth of his first teeth. The good news is that there are several solutions that can alleviate these symptoms and reduce the parents' feelings of helplessness.

Use your finger to scratch the gum:

clean it beforehand and gently rub the gums.It is one of the more traditional methods and helps to alleviate the discomfort.

Offer you fresh food:

ice cream (mother's or formula) or cold foods, such as an apple or fresh carrots, help to relieve the discomfort caused by toothaches.

Opt for rocks and teethers:

if your baby can't stop putting his hand or taking objects to his mouth to chew them, consider teething rings or teething rings: they are an excellent option to soothe and refresh baby's gums.

The truth is one: in addition to the benefits in relieving pain, rattles and teethers are also a type of toy that is easily transported in the suitcase and that has the power to entertain the baby for a while through colors, sounds and textures.
