Ziddy allows the use of the Continente card in your online purchases.In this way, you can benefit from the benefits inherent to your loyalty, such as making payments, repaying the balance in whole or in part, accumulating points and using the discounts issued by this brand.See all the information, offers and benefits in the Continente Card terms and conditions click here.

ASSOCIATE CONTINENTE CARD

To enjoy all the benefits of using the Continente card, you must link it to your ZIPPY account.It's very simple, just follow the steps:

- To get started, click "Login" and log in or click "Create Account" to register.

- Enter your personal area and click on the "Continent Card" tab.

- Enter your Continente Card number.click on “SEND”.

- To complete the association of your Continente Card you need to enter a Confirmation Code.To receive it, you can choose SMS or Email.The code will be sent to the phone number or email that is associated with the Continente Card.

- After receiving the confirmation code, you will have to enter it to complete the association process.

- From now on, you can use the total or partial balance of your Continente Card.

- You can also check in your personal area, in the "Continent Card" tab, the balance available on your card.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Continente Card only serves to identify customers, giving them the right to enjoy all the benefits of the loyalty program.

The Continente Card is accepted in Zippy stores as well as in any other stores/brands to which Continente may extend this right of use, and can accumulate the discounts issued by these brands and rebate the card balance on purchases made there.

Zippy reserves the right to decide which promotions are associated with the loyalty program and to establish its operating rules.

Zippy also reserves the right to cancel, change or replace the program, and must notify its customers in advance.

Card discounts are available 5 working days after the order is shipped.

The rebate of the Continente Card balance can be made in whole or in part when paying for purchases at any store in the program, as a means of payment and in a purchase value equal to or greater than the discount value used.

The Continente card balance will never be converted into cash.Discounts are valid from the day after they are issued for a period of 12 months, renewable with each purchase, unless expressly stated by Zippy.

In the event of a return or exchange of purchases that have resulted in discounts, Zippy will refund the discount amount to the card balance.If the exchange or return refers to items purchased, in whole or in part, with discounts accumulated on the card, the refund of the price corresponding to the value of the purchases will always be made on the balance of the card and never in cash.

Zippy makes it possible to recover the discounts of a purchase without a card up to 15 days after the date of the transaction, with the presentation of the respective purchase receipt and card provided that Zippy verifies that there is no abusive or fraudulent recovery.

The use or loss of the card is the responsibility of the holder and/or holder, so Zippy is not responsible in case of loss or theft.

Zippy reserves the right to cancel the cards, as well as the respective balances where fraud, misuse or commercial use is detected.

For the good functioning of the loyalty program, Zippy may process the data of purchases made with the card.Zippy will be able to send information regarding the loyalty program, offers and advantages related to it to the home of its customers.

The return/cancellation of the transaction that gave rise to the top-up implies the recovery of the amount loaded on the Continente Card.In the absence of sufficient balance, the amount of €5 will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

WRONG MOBILE NUMBER OR EMAIL. HOW DO I DO?

I USED A COUPON. WHEN DO I GET THE VALUE?

The value of a discount coupon is credited to the customer's Continente Card within 5 days after receiving the order (in store or at home).

We ask that you wait for the receipt of your order and check the balance within the indicated period.

Situations of accumulation of discounts are safeguarded where, except for previously communicated exceptions, the campaign available in the ZIPPY online store will be activated, thus, there is no credit in the Continente card.

I FORGOT TO LINK MY COUPON TO THE ORDER. AND NOW?

ZIPPY makes it possible to retrieve the offer associated with a transaction without a coupon within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, with the presentation of the respective purchase receipt and Continente Card.

Situations in which ZIPPY finds that there is an abusive or fraudulent recovery are safeguarded.

If you forget to associate your coupon, as soon as you receive your order (at the store or at home) you must request the recovery of the discount indicating the order number, continent card number and coupon number to cliente@zippy.pt.
