When ordering the accessory and paying the service fee (€10), the customer declares that he accepts the following order conditions:
1. The service fee (€10) is non-refundable unless:

a) the order cannot be fulfilled;

b) the customer indicates that he refuses the quote within the 10 days available to do so after price communication.
2. If it is not possible to indicate the final price of the accessory when ordering, it will be the subject of further information via e-mail.

a) The customer has 10 days to accept the quote for supplying the accessory.At the end of this period and in the absence of a response, we will consider that the order based on the proposed price has not been accepted.

b) In the act of communicating the budget, the expected deadline for delivery of the accessory will also be indicated.The announced deadline will start only after the client has formally accepted the quote.
3. ZIPPY also considers itself entitled to terminate these conditions, in whole or in part, or cancel the delivery of the accessory in cases of force majeure or situations not attributable to ZIDDY or its suppliers, especially related to transport problems, without the customer being entitled to any compensation.
