REGULATION OF ZIPPY BIRTH LISTS
The opening of the birth list can only be requested by the father or mother of the baby, aged 18 or over or emancipated minors, constituting itself as the holder of the same;
The future grandparents of the babies of all minor and non-emancipated parents may also request the opening of the birth list and, therefore, be holders of it;
The birth list can only be created by mothers or fathers expecting a baby (or grandparents in case the parents are minors and not emancipated) or with babies up to 12 months of age;
The value of the discount promise to be received by the list holder is 10% of the value of purchases of eligible items (point 5.) made within the mandatory 12 months of the birth list. The value of the purchased items to be included in the list cannot exceed €4000;
Only childcare items, mom and baby items up to size 24/36 months in textiles and size 24 in shoes can be included on the birth list;
The birth list can be consulted and updated at any Zippy store, regardless of where it was created;
The addition of new products to the birth list can be requested by any bidder;
The elimination/replacement of one or more products from the list can only be carried out by express indication of the holder;
The price of the articles at the time of creation of the list is indicative, which is in force at the time of the actual purchase;
All items associated with the birth list can be exchanged and returned, within the scope of the exchanges and returns policy in force, upon presentation of the proof receipt and intact original packaging;
In the cases referred to in point 10 above, the return of items from the list will necessarily see the corresponding deduction of the discount promise value assigned;
The warranty period of the items on the list is based on the date of purchase/delivery of the same, and not the closing date of the list;
It is only possible to associate purchases made at Zippy stores and zippyonline.com to the birth list;
Purchases made in the 90 days prior to the opening of the birth list can be linked to the birth list, upon presentation of the respective proof of purchase;
The holder can request the association of purchases made in physical stores or online within 90 days after the purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt. It is only possible to do so on birth lists without an established discount promise;
In calculating the value of the discount promise to be received by the list holder, the amounts paid net of discounts are considered;
Zippy reserves the right to cancel the subscription to the birth list and, as a result, not be given the corresponding promise of discount, on the value of purchases, when fraud, misuse or commercial use is detected using the birth list;
Zippy cannot be held responsible in the event of events, namely, disagreements between the list holders regarding the closing of lists, product deliveries and withdrawals of the discount promise;
Exchanges and returns are allowed if the item is still within the exchange and returns period in force, even if the birth list is closed;
The closing of the list will take place 12 months after its opening date, and closing in advance cannot be requested;
The holder of the list can receive the discount promise to which he is entitled after the closing of the list;
After the birth list has lasted 12 months, the list is closed and new articles cannot be added;
The redemption of the discount promise value can be made up to 6 months after the closing date of the list, that is, 18 months after its opening date. After this period, the list is deleted and it is not possible to redeem the discount promise.
The discount promise to be awarded may be in the form of: a discount voucher, Zippy gift card or other equivalent means, excluding the cash discount promise;
The value of the discount promise attributed will be valid for 1 (one) year after its issuance;
For the birth list holder to be able to access the discount promise after the list is closed, he must go to a physical store accompanied by the baby's citizen card and the birth list holder;
Only the holder of the list has the legitimacy to close the list or withdraw the promise of a discount. If you wish to give this power to another person, an email must be sent to cliente@zippy.pt, through the address associated with the birth list, informing the name of the person who can close the birth list and the store where will pick up the respective discount promise.

To associate an order placed on Zippy Online with your Birth List, simply apply the list ID in the “Promotional Code” field, also valid for friends and family who wish to associate a purchase with their birth list.The “Promotional Code” field is found when you click on “View My Purchases” before finalizing the order.Only invoiced and shipped orders are considered for the purpose of accumulation in the birth list.

The addition of new products to the birth list can be requested by any offerer in physical stores at the time of purchase, indicating the telephone contact associated with the list or its ID.

Birth Lists created on or after April 27, 2022:
The value of the discount promise to be received by the list holder is 10% of the value of purchases of eligible items made within the mandatory 12 months of the birth list.The value of the purchased items to be included in the list cannot exceed €4000.
Birth lists created before April 27, 2022:
The value of the discount promise to be received by the list holder varies depending on the purchases accumulated on the list, according to the following levels:
● 5% on purchases between €250 and €499.99
● 10% off purchases from €500 to €999.99
● 15% on purchases over €1000 -

The discount promise can only be redeemed in physical stores. It will be delivered in the form of a discount voucher, Zippy gift card or other equivalent means, excluding the promise of a cash discount.
The redemption of the discount promise value can be made up to 6 months after the closing date of the list, that is, 18 months after its opening date. After this period, the list is deleted and it is not possible to redeem the discount promise.
The prize can only be used in physical stores of the Zippy brand.
The value of the discount promise attributed will be valid for 1 (one) year after its issuance. For the birth list holder to be able to access the discount promise after the list is closed, he must go to a physical store accompanied by the baby's citizen card and the birth list holder.
